At DD Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Returns are only accepted if:

• You received a damaged or leaking product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product was damaged during transit.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your Order ID
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

Once we verify the issue, we will offer either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Opened or used perfume bottles
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Orders returned without prior approval

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
